Selling under your own brand doesn't have to mean starting from scratch. Most of our private label partners begin with an existing product in our catalogue and adapt it from there. Here's how the process works, step by step.

Step 1: The brief

We start with a short conversation about your brand, your target price point, and the retail context the kit needs to fit into. A supermarket own-brand kit has different requirements than a boutique gift line, and that shapes everything that follows — format, packaging materials, and even which plant varieties make sense.

Step 2: Concept and sampling

From the brief, we put together concept options: packaging mockups, material choices, and product configurations. Once you've picked a direction, we produce physical samples so you can see and handle the actual kit before committing to volume.

Step 3: Production and quality control

Once samples are approved, we move into production. Every batch goes through the same seed testing and quality checks as our core range — private label doesn't mean a lower standard, it means your branding on a product we already know performs.

Step 4: Packaging and compliance

We handle the documentation that comes with shipping living products internationally: phytosanitary certificates, seed analysis certificates, and any labelling requirements for your market. You focus on the brand; we handle the compliance.

Step 5: Delivery and launch

Finished kits ship DDP to your warehouse, ready to shelve. Because private label involves a design and sampling phase, lead times run longer than ordering from our existing catalogue — we recommend starting the conversation at least a season ahead of your planned launch.
